1. Keeping the married life intact for longer years (taking divorce should be discouraged).
2. In family life, parents and their children should be take meals daily at least once.
3. Exercise daily at least 30-45 minutes.
4.”No smoking tobacco”- is our motto.
5. Don’t get chronic diseases like diabetes, heart involvement and hypertension etc.
6. Take green vegetables daily which keep the skin smooth and shiny and prevent drying.
7. Don’t take too much food, so that the energy is saved.
8. Take blueberries, spinach leaf curry which contain more amounts of oxygen radical absorbents which prevents aging.
9. Take vitamin Supplements (if necessary), like vitamin C, E and selenium mineral along with phytonutrients.
10. Beliving in god and having interested in spirituality brings peace in mind.
