Pigmentation on the face is mainly due to excessive exposure to sun rays. Excessive exposure may lead to skin cancer in some cases.
Precautions for skin care:
1. Avoid sun rays falling on the face by applying Sunscreen lotion on the face.
2. Wear caps to cover the head
3. Use umbrellas while going to the open places or to work in the fields during the hot seasons.
4. Walk or work in shady places, as far as possible.
Treatment for Pigmentation:
1. Take B-complex tablets daily.
2. Take daily a handful of sprouts of Bengal gram and black gram.
3. Lemon juice with little amount of table salt.
4. Salad made up of carrots, tomatoes, beet root and kheera, be taken daily.
5. Take Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 2 tablets daily for 6 months.
6. Treat the Anemia(less Hemoglobin in the blood), if present.
It is not only health but also cosmetic problem. So it is always better to take early precautions, to avoid the occurring of pigmentation on the face.
