Pigmentation on the face

  Pigmentation on the face is mainly due to excessive exposure to sun rays. Excessive exposure may lead to skin cancer in some cases.  Precautions for skin care:  1. Avoid sun rays falling on the face by applying Sunscreen lotion on the face.  2. Wear caps to cover the head  3. Use umbrellas while going to the open places or to work in the fields during the hot seasons.  4. Walk or work in shady places, as far as possible.  Treatment for Pigmentation:  1. Take B-complex tablets daily.  2. Take daily a handful of sprouts of Bengal gram and black gram.  3. Lemon juice with little amount of table salt.  4. Salad made up of carrots, tomatoes, beet root and kheera, be taken daily.  5. Take Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 2 tablets daily for 6 months.  6. Treat the Anemia(less Hemoglobin in the blood), if present.  It is not only health but also cosmetic problem. How to enjoy good health?

  Health can be maintained with these simple tips. Cultivate good health habits. Take care of your body. Control your taste buds. Enjoy life.  1. Food:  -Eat fresh fruits, nuts and vegetables.  -Eat raw food (Uncooked). You don’t lose vitamins.  -Eat food in their whole form and Eat only when you are in hungry.  -Take 4-5 small meals instead of 2-3 large meals.  -Chew thoroughly as digestion begins in the mouth. The solid food should become liquid form in the mouth. As per old saying, food should be chewed 32 times as we have 32 teeth. -Don’t over eat. Avoid stock foods (not fresh)  -Don’t eat when in pain, tired or upset.  -Reduce spicy foods and masala foods. Reduce the use of condiments in the cooking.  2. Physical activity:  -Remember always – involve all parts of the body when you are exercising.  -If possible, Exercise in out doors in fresh air.  -Don’t exercise up to the point of exhaustion. Don’t exercise immediately after taking meals.  3. Posture:  -Sit erect in all times. Keep head straight up while walking or sitting.  -Take 5 minute of rest (keep away from monitor) every hour.  4. Rest:  -Whenever you are tired, Body sends signals for rest. Work smartly and take sufficient rest.  -Never read or watch Television while on bed. Sleep in a dark, quiet and well ventilated room.  5.
