How to delay ageing with exercise and diet?

 We assume that ageing is natural and is accompanied by the body- weakening, Decrease in stamina and strength, with increased body fat levels. With Sufficient exercise, a positive attitude and with proper eating habits etc one could remain fit and lead a healthy life, in spite of ageing. Steps for preventing natural science of ageing and stay fit: 1. Exercise: It is proved that our body ages faster when we do not exercise. Our body wants us to run, walk and rejoice. Our body withers when we do not allow it to enjoy its freedom. Young male athletes lose 30% of their fitness level, after just 3 weeks of forced bed rest (without exercise). If just three weeks bed rest can do that much damage to the body, imagine how much damage our body gets if we do not do any exercise through out our life time. If we exercise regularly we shall shoe slow the ageing process. As the age advances, store of calcium in the body is slowly depleted, especially in women after menopause, and also not doing exercise. Men, who are leading sedentary life and also have poor calcium nutrition levels in the body, show depletion in calcium content in the body. It is called Osteoporosis (bone-weakness), which cause serious problems like bone fractures to a dowager’s hump.Regular exercises, such as walking extra help the bones to become stronger and less susceptible to injury. Exercise makes our heart and muscles stronger and makes the body more flexible, thus reducing the risk of injury from a fall. Exercise often keeps arthritis from progressing and also controls problems such as diabetes and high bold pressure. There is no age bar for doing exercise that is weather you are in 20 or 60 years of age. Exercise keeps you stay young for a long time.  2. Food habits: Take nutritious balance diet which keeps you free from heart disease, Hypertension, Some types of cancer, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Constipation. Eating well will help us to look vibrant and healthy. Sedentary people of any age require fewer calories to maintain body weight. Old age people tend to gain weight easily than a younger person (because metabolism in the aged people is slower), so it is advisable for aged people to cut down on high calories. Aged people produce less saliva in the mouth and also have problems with their teeth. This could make it heart to eat hard dry foods by the aged people. So they may take moist and softer foods and drink more water.  3. Avoid the following: 1. Cigarette smoking 2. Excessive alcohol consumption 3. To much exposure to sunrise thus avoiding excessive sagging and wrinkling in the skin.  4. Attitude: 1.   10 rules for better health:  1. Water: Drink 1 glass of pure water for each 15 pounds of body weight daily.  2. Posture: Maintain correct posture while sitting, standing and walking.  3. Air: Breathe deeply of good quality air.  4. Exercise: Daily walking for 30-45 minutes is a must.  5. Eating: Moderate eating at regular intervals (4-5 times). Avoid fast foods.  6. Charity: Find some way to help someone daily who are in genuine needy.  7. Abstinence: Avoid Caffeine, Tobacco, Alcohol and harmful drugs.  8. Rest: Sleep for 6-7 hours is necessary for enjoyable day life.  9. No guilty consciousness: Live in such a way, as to maintain conscience free of guilt.  10.
